Hi Nick,
I wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know that you have the best staff in the business. Patti, Mark, Darrel, GM, and Ralph are all pretty darn amazing. I was a little tough on them this weekend as I was in a mild state of panic trying to get my eiBox Office software up and running. However, these guys and gals took time out of their weekend to take care of me and work on solving the problem. I have always believed there are two types of people on this earth, those who care, and those who do not care. You have surrounded yourself with people who care. That is why I have chosen to use your point of sale and your plug in. Your team cares a great deal about what they are doing. I promise to maintain the integrity of your network and keep my end of the deal. Thanks again and if you ever get to Seattle you and your employees are welcome guests at my home.

Hi Janice,
Had an order I processed last night with "Standard Overnight" FedEx. These were for a game tomorrow. Found out this morning it was an early game and the customer lived at least 2 hours from the ball park. That meant with standard delivery they wouldn't get them until 2:00 or 2:30 which was too late. Well I went into eiBox Office, pulled up the customer Invoice, clicked on air bill, clicked the modify button and then clicked "Generate Air Bill". Low and behold an options screen pops up and I changed to Priority Overnight, click OK and there I have a new and updated air bill....All this just to tell you it worked Great!!

Thank you for taking my advice about not letting (un-named bad broker) onto EventInventory. It appears he is on (competitors) system now. Surprise surprise. I want to thank you for your integrity and I want to commend the EventInventory staff for rejecting more broker applications than you accept. We have a great industry that is slowly being tarnished by these unprofessional brokers being allowed on some of the other exchanges. The funny thing is that your exchange is really the only one that matters. I would appreciate it if you don't let this clown on your exchange even if he does provide you with references from his (competitor) cronies. He has a total of 8 tickets listed over there. You aren't missing any inventory with them. We do a good job of stock piling the local events with inventory. Please let your staff know about this guy.

Thanks Nick, I have been a Ticket Broker in this industry for over 20 years. It’s nice to see that there is a screening process for new applicants to list on the board. There are so many fly by night ticket brokers with no ethics. I just want to applaud EventInventory for taking a positive stance for our industry.
